While each client will bring their own personalized outcomes and expectations to a coaching partnership, my coaching framework is built around three main areas: understanding where you are now, understanding where you came from, and understanding where you want to go.
Success from coaching is based on a mutual commitment from client and coach. Consistently scheduled sessions provide the space to collaborate to build understanding and help you move to your desired outcomes. We work together to get clarity on what is going well, what is limiting you, and mapping out what changes need to be made. The changes will only occur with accountability and structure.
